What we collect
Your name, email, and anything else you include in an enquiry: phone number, suburb, area, the pool you're interested in and your message.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. For an installed pool, we pass your details to the licensed builder in your area so they can contact you, visit the site and quote. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How it's stored
Enquiries are emailed to our business inbox, and a copy is kept on our web server in Sydney. We keep them as long as we need to deal with your enquiry or any pool we supply, and to meet our legal obligations.
Visiting the website
Like most web servers, ours keeps a standard log of each page request: your internet address, your browser type, the page, and the website that linked you here. We use it to keep the site secure and to count visits. We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics services. Your device remembers the pool water colour you pick, and that choice stays on your device.
Pool-in-your-yard planner
When you search an address in the planner, your browser asks the Queensland Government's address and aerial photo services directly. We don't receive or keep the address unless you send it to us in an enquiry.
Fonts
The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens.
Access and correction
